Stable Blown Film Production with High Recycled Content

Challenges with recycled polymers in blown film

Using recycled LDPE and LLDPE in blown film often leads to:

  • Frequent film breaks and production stops
  • Poor thickness control and inconsistent film properties

This limits PCR usage, often below 30–50%, and increases waste and downtime.
