NEXIMID® R331 is an addition curable, fully imidized oligoimide resin with a viscosity suitable for cost efficient manufacturing processes such as Resin Transfer Molding, RTM.
Its low melt viscosity together with high processing window make this resin an excellent option for the out of autoclave manufacturing of low-void carbon fiber reinforced composites, allowing for high cost savings and low scrap rate.
NEXIMID R331 has been formulated making use of NEXIMID cross-linkers and monomers specially selected to provide the resin with a very high glass transition temperature and thermal stability.
