Nexam plans for listing on NASDAQ OMX First North

Nexam Chemical has now initiated the preparations for a listing on NASDAQ OMX First North during spring 2013. As a part of this a new web site will be launched.
The new rights issue which recently took place brought in 53.9 million Swedish kronor. The interest amongst investors was big and the issue was substantially oversubscribed.
