Nexam Chemical resume preparations for an application for listing on NASDAQ Stockholm

03/17/2016

Nexam Chemical resume the preparations for changing trading venue for the company´s shares from NASDAQ First North to NASDAQ Stockholm Small Cap. The ambition is that within twelve months submit an application for change of trading venue to NASDAQ Stockholm.

“Considering that Nexam Chemical is in a phase of commercialization, with planned growth and expansion, the Board of Directors and the management assess that it is the right time to continue the efforts to change trading venue. A future listing on the main market will gain broader access to the capital market as many more institutions will have the opportunity to invest in the company. This will create a solid foundation for continued growth”, says Nexam Chemicals CEO Anders Spetz.
